Pace, Florida

Pace is the fastest growing community in Santa Rosa County.  The population within the area jumped from 5,000 in 2010 to more than 53,000 today.  The area is home to many military personnel and civilian employees from NAS Whiting Field.  In 2010, the Santa Rosa County School System was rated “Best in State” for FCAT testing.

One of the largest developments in Pace is Stonebrook Golf and Country Club consisting of 614 homes surrounding its 18 hole, 72 par public course.  There is a potential upcoming development on a 2,718 acre parcel of residential land that was formerly known as Jubilee.  There have been new developers that acquired the land so that name is most likely going to change.  Information about this development will be shared on our Facebook page as it becomes available.
